Project structure has been designed to be as simple as possible and to allow clear and constant internal communication to ensure the smooth running of the project. Effective control and decision making is achieved through a dedicated project management work package (WP6). The main degree curricula are developed in WP1 and WP2, while WP3 and WP4 link industry with HEIs and create regional outreach networks. WP5 concentrates efforts for analysis of project performance, development and monitoring of standards and best practice, and ensures high quality dissemination, innovation, and exploitation activities.
Work packages are designed to be self-contained allowing a very flat management structure in which task leaders report to work package leaders, and work package leaders report to the Project Management Committee which is the main decision making and quality control body of the project.
